SERVICES
Design
Our design department consists of three full time designers and one junior Using Autodest Inventor. We believe our strength is in providing creative economic solutions to customer requirements. As a design driven company, we pride ourselves on our diverse knowledge & experience in a wide range of industries. Our 4 strong design team work mainly in Autodesk Inventor but we also have a solid works specialist in our design office. We believe we can bring a creative element to your design requirements whether it’s a simple hand tool or complete assembly & test cell. We are also able to reverse engineer making use of one of our 2 Faro arms & CAM2 software.
Manufacture
The 8 strong workshop team are able to offer a complete range of services from CNC milling & turning, through EDM to metal finishing & machine building. Our recent acquisition of the adjoining unit in early 2021 has allowed us to expand into clearly defined work areas giving a more controlled workflow from workshop through build and inspection. Take a look at our gallery to see examples of our most recent work. Our varied design experience and in-house capabilities allows to offer intelligent fixtures and tooling. For special purpose machines we can use the service of our neighbour Powerlink Electrical Services.

ABOUT
CES was formed in 2018 but its roots go back to 2007, when its partner company Brecon Designs Ltd was started to provide creative bespoke solutions to the South Wales manufacturing sector. Within two years (2009) Brecon Designs Ltd expanded its operation to undertake the manufacture of its own designs. In 2018, In order to further expand its operation & share responsibilities CES was formed to undertake the design & manufacture of all its work. CES now employs 13 staff at its facility just off the heads of the valleys. Itsdisciplines cover the design, & manufacture of special purpose equipment.
Our aim is to build lasting relationships by working with integrity to provide cost effective solutions. Our belief is that this will provide mutual security for both parties.
